What can I say...  There is no better Broker Team to work for than Don & Valerie.  Valerie keeps our contracts in line, and Don offers Training, Mentoring, and Coaching for those who want it.  I joined Don & Valerie July 1999 when they had APPLE REALTY.  Don has trained and mentored me from the beginning, and they have made me feel like family; In fact, I consider myself adopted family. 

After working with them for several years, I know they care about their agents and their families.  Decisions are made for the benefit of everyone not just the Broker.  Since we joined RE/MAX, I can't begin to state all of the benefits, but their is no better system than RE/MAX.  Now that we are known as RE/MAX The Producers my income has increased tremendously.  I am very excited about our growth, and plans for future growth.  If you are a new agent, and want someone to help you build your business, I am looking for a "Production Partner".

In May 2002 I joined APPLE REALTY (Don & Valerie).  Working for a small broker was just what I was looking for because of my independent spirit.  The education and training that I have received has helped me achieve Top Producer status.  Don is a very creative and flexible broker, and I have found he is always willing to implement new ideas and programs.  We joined the RE/MAX system in October 2005, and I can't believe the power it offered me.  The training, and marketing systems are incredible.  Don & Valerie have helped me build my business, and with their new "Production Partner" program, I'm excited about the added income I will make.

I visited with several Brokers before choosing RE/MAX The Producers.  I chose RE/MAX because I wanted to be associated with a company that was known not only in Nebraska, but all over the United States as well as other countries.

I chose The Producers because it's important to me to have Brokers that really care if you succeed and offer the knowledge and training to help you meet your goals.  Don & valerie are always there to answer questions and are open to ideas you may have.  They offer a professional work place, but we have a lot of fun.  Our agents work hard to be successful, and the tools provided by RE/MAX and Don & Valerie helps to meet our goals.

I quit CBS/HOME to join RE/MAX The Producers in January 2007.  My first year with the Producers, I doubled my production & more than doubled my income.  Don & Valerie are very supportive of me, and Don has seemed to take a personal interest in my business development. 

Being part of Don's mentoring program has really helped me to understand my strengths and weakness.  In addition, I feel that I joined a family and I am more than just an agent, I'm there friend.  We all have alot of fun and even in this down market all of us are very optimistic about our future.  Our commission program is likely the best in the business, but a company could offer me a higher split, but they can't offer the training and support that I get from Don & Valerie.  I suggest that if you are considering a change, you should contact them.

As a former CBS/HOME agent, I was tired of paying all the fees and not receiving any real support from management.  I owed it to myself and my family to investigate what other companies were offering.  After meeting with Don & Valerie I felt that RE/MAX The Producers offered the best program around.  Combined with their creative marketing systems, training, and the support of RE/MAX I couldn't go wrong.  Within 3 months of completing their training programs, I felt that my listing presentation skills increased significantly.  In fact, I now feel that the "RE/MAX Colleen" vs. "CBS/Home Colleen" is like a child competing against an adult.

I was licensed August 2005 and began my real estate career with CBS/Home. I then tranferred to Prudential Ambassador, and NP Dodge before I joined RE/MAX The Producers in November of 2007.  I think I found the right place for me to grow and dvelop my real estate career. 

During my 1st thirty days, I entered their Listing Presentation contest.  WOW!!! what a learning experience.  Don offered the agent who makes first place $195.00, 2nd Place $165.00, and 3rd Place $30.00  I didn't win, but I learned alot about making a successful Listing Presentation.

I've learned more in 30 days from Don & Valerie than all 3 of the previous companies.  I would stongly recommend to anyone looking for a company to help you build your real estate career to call Don & Valerie.  As the company slogan says  "We'll Be Great in 08"

I began my real estate career in 1991 with Century 21 Jay Real Estate.  I spent about 30 days with CBS/Home before moving to Why USA Independent Brokers, and working there for 13 years.  I transferred to RE/MAX The Producers in November 2007 after meeting with Don for several hours.  I chose Don & Valerie because I felt their ethics, and professional standards met my standards.  After meeting a few of their agents, I knew I would fit right in.

I felt their agents were hard working, and very optimistic even in a down market.  Part of what makes agents with RE/MAX The Producers successful, is that they look at real estate as their own business.  Our agents are always looking forward to build their business, and Don & Valerie are always there to support us.  I am very happy with my move to RE/MAX The Producers.
