This plan was provided by Don Keeton of RE/MAX The Producers to compare how much you would make with an average gross commission per sale of $4,650.00 based on an a 70/30 commission split. However, with our Agent Commission CAP Program your split increases to 95% of the Gross Commission once you meet the "CAP" of $3 Million in production you keep 95% of the commissions you generate.
